This last week Heath took me to Lake Powell for the first time. We had a blast! I had no idea how big the lake was. It was just amazing!

On our hike up the mountain at our camp site, we found this rock that was teedering on a point. It looked like you could just knock it over, but it was solid on top of this pointy rock.

These are the girls that went with us. It was fun to hang with these teenagers - no drama, no fights ... they were super sweet. They adopted me as their "Aunt Jenn"

banana milkshakes

I made banana milkshakes today for the kids and their friends. Since Addi was the only girl, she wanted a "fancy" glass. I put hers in a martini glass and lined it with chocolate. She loooved it!!

Gosh, it's been a while since I last posted. Life has been a bit busy lately; at work and at home. It's been a GOOD busy! I definitely have been slacking in the blogging world ... well, it doesn't help that my camera is broken. :( You just can't blog without pictures.... but I have a few and wanted to catch you up ...

Addi has discovered raspberries + chocolate ... this is her new favorite treat!!

Everything is going really well with the kiddos and with Heath. We have been going to Dbacks games a lot lately. We got some really great seats from a friend and went on a date to the ballpark. It was so much fun!!

A friend of ours celebrated her birthday at the W Hotel in Scottsdale at a charity for MS. We had sooo much fun, getting all dressed up and going out for the night.

We have also been golfing as much as we can. Our favorite competitors are Mike and Curtiss.

We have another busy few weeks ahead of us ... Addison's birthday, Lake Powell, Curtiss leaving for Iraq, Dbacks games, school starting and Logan's birthday ... phew ...

You are growing up waaaay too fast, sister!! You are into texting Kiana right now and asking if you can have a cell phone, JUST so you can text her over the summer!! Your most recent text to her was my favorite! You wrote:

"I love you Kiana i now that you now that!!! And i now wuts 5+5=10 yaa you noow that!!! And 20+20=40 did you now that?"

While golfing last weekend, Mike told me how much alike you and I are, in our mannerisms and they way we talk. I was so flattered! Uma used to tell me how much she wanted to be like me ... I didn't get it. Guess what, I "got it" now ... I find myself wanting to be JUST LIKE YOU!!
