health kicks

We go on health kicks; going to the gym every day, morning or night, usually lasting a few weeks, then we end up taking a long break.  We are {pretty} consistant in eating healthy, though.  We love Bill Phillips' cookbook Eating for Life. We found another dinner we love: Greek Chicken Pitas!  Tonight, we added our family favorite salad.  We just made up the salad one day and loved it!   Hope you enjoy it, too!!
